Industrial Paradise – Photographs of Industrial Sites in Vancouver & Burnaby

I have spent the last few months exploring the industrial sites along the Burrard Inlet in Vancouver and Burnaby. There are some amazing locations but most are inaccessible or too dangerous to bother trying. I’m not a big fan of trespassing and crossing train tracks; too many photographers have died while shooting on the tracks so I avoid setting foot on them wherever I go. Instead I make the best of my surroundings and use different lenses so I can work with a larger variety of focal points.

The following are some of my findings since January 2016. I will make additional posts for this subject as I create new images. Follow me on Instagram @jadennyberg or #industrialparadise to see my work as it unfolds.

  1. These are super super cool! I love the black and white ones! I think my favorite is this last one, maybe because of the colors and the sense of serenity. No, don’t risk your life on places that have been proven to be dangerous. Keep up with the good work and thanks for sharing.
