This summer flew by so quickly I barely remember what happened. I do recall taking a trip to Tuwanek, BC. A beautiful area just outside of Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast. It gets dark there… really dark! So astrophotography is pretty awesome, especially when there is a new moon.
The following is an 8 minute exposure taken with my Nikon D610 and a Sigma 50mm Art Lens.
Using the 50mm rather than a wide angle allowed for some great star trails. Can’t wait to go back again soon and capture it all over again!
