Arthur’s Seat in Edinburgh, Scotland is the group of hills found at the foot of Holyrood Palace. The hills are frequented by both tourists and locals and is a fantastic spot for incredible views of Edinburgh. The hills themselves are fairly plain with little or no vegetation except for tall grass and if you time it right, heather.
Once at the top of Arthur’s Seat you can see various foot paths that have been created over the years. I found one that appeared to be a road rather than a foot path leading right back down to Edinburgh.
