Last September I had the pleasure of photographing my two friends getting married in Scotland at Dunrobin Castle. This castle is located way up North in the highlands near the town of Brora. After a long journey up North the wedding day finally arrived and the festivities began.
The morning started off dark and dreary like any typical day in Scotland. The entire group was a little worried it might not clear up in time. The moment the bus left the hotel on route to the castle the clouds parted and the sunshine came out. It’s just amazing how the weather changes for the better on such special days.
The groom and guests gathered in the gardens before the ceremony for an amazing Falconry show while the Bride and her bridesmaids were getting ready in the castle. The ceremony began shortly after inside the castle followed by a full pipe band performing in the stairwell.
The entire day was just magical and I hope this post brings all the magic back on their 1 year anniversary.
