Cool air filled the streets on an early September morning in Pisa, Italy. I was surprised at this as the heat was nearly unbearable during the middle of the day. It was a beautiful feeling wandering the streets watching the local Italians begin their daily routine.
The light was perfect as the sun came up over the canal and provided a wonderful color that made the surrounding buildings glow with warmth.
Pisa, Italy is worth every moment you spend there. Ensure to take some time to wander through the city streets and small back alleys. It has some great character outside of the main attractions such as the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
